BTS (Bangtan Boys) is showing outstanding performance on Billboard’s main album chart.

According to the latest chart (dated May 15) released by the American music media Billboard on May 11 (local time below), BTS’s “MAP OF THE SOUL: 7” ranked 119th on the Billboard 200.

After topping the chart on March 7, 2020, the album has been on the chart for 63 consecutive weeks, showing the power of a strong album as BTS breaks the record for the longest weekly streak on the Billboard 200 by a Korean singer.

MAP OF THE SOUL: 7″ ranked first on the “World Albums” chart, 18th on the “Independent Albums” chart, 19th on the “Top Current Album Sales” chart, and 19th on the “Tastemaker Albums” chart, in addition to the “Billboard 200” chart.

Along with this, BTS’s album “BE,” which was released worldwide last November, ranked #163 on the “Billboard 200” chart, #3 on the “World Albums,” #29 on the “Independent Albums,” and #29 on the “Top Current Album Sales.

BTS’s digital single “Dynamite” has also continued its long run on the Billboard charts. It ranked 11th on the “Billboard Global” chart (excluding the U.S.), which tallies and ranks streaming and sales volume in more than 200 countries and regions around the world, and 19th on the “Billboard Global 200.

BTS will release their new digital single “Butter” on the 21st of this month, and will perform the new song on stage for the first time at the “2021 Billboard Music Awards” on the 23rd.
