The CIRCLE chart ( previously known as the Gaon Music Chart or the Gaon Chart) released its monthly chart for February.
The Korea Music Content Association, which operates the CIRCLE chart, said, “New Jeans’ ‘OMG’ topped the global K-pop chart in February 2023 and Ditto topped the digital and streaming charts.
NewJeans’ first single “OMG,” with the title track of the same name, reached No. 1 on the Global K-Pop Chart, which aggregates K-Pop usage worldwide. In addition, their previously released song “Ditto” held the top spot in two categories for two consecutive months, proving their unstoppable popularity.
NCT 127 ranked No. 1 on the download and BGM charts with “Ay-Yo,” the title track from the repackaged version of their 4th full-length album. The song is a hip-hop dance song that blends a strong drum line with the members’ wildly appealing vocals.
On the album chart, Lee Chan-won’s first full-length album “ONE,” released on February 20, debuted at No. 1 with sales of 562,259 copies. The album also grabbed the No. 1 spot on the monthly retail album chart for February.

On the CIRCLE charts for the 9th week of 2023 (February 26-March 4), which were released at the same time, NewJeans’ “OMG” ranked #1 on the global K-Pop charts, while “Ditto” dominated the digital and streaming charts at #1.
Lee Chan-won’s “Wish Lantern” ranked No. 1 on the download chart, and STAYC’s “Teddy Bear” ranked No. 1 on the album chart.
Meanwhile, in the CIRCLE Certified Album category, TOMORROW X TOGETHER’s “Name Chapter: TEMPTATION” was certified at 2 million, NewJeans’ “New Jeans” and “OMG” at 3 platinum, TWICE’s “What is Love?” and BLACKPINK’s ” SQUARE UP” certified 2 platinum, TWICE’s “The year of ‘YES'”, (G)I-DLE’s “I burn”, SEVENTEEN’s “Face the Sun (Weverse)”, NewJeans’ “OMG (Weverse)”, MONSTA X’s “REASON and TOMORROW X TOGETHER’s “Name Chapter: TEMPTATION (Weeverse)” received one platinum certification.
In the streaming category, Jang Beom-june’s “Your Shampoo Scent in the Flowers” was certified 3 platinum, IU’s “Love poem” was certified 2 platinum, and NewJeans’ “Hype boy” was certified 1 platinum.
