Jeon Jong-seo’s Hollywood debut, “Mona Lisa and the Blood Moon,” has released a character video that previews the action of the film.
Mona Lisa and the Blood Moon” is a mystery funky thriller about Mona (Jeon Jong-seo), a mysterious being who escapes from a locked ward on a red moon night and travels to a strange city to meet people and find the perfect freedom.
Jeon Jong-seo, who has left a strong impression with her overwhelming charm in each of her films such as “Burning,” “The Call,” and “Ransom,” takes on the role of Mona and gives a preview of her new character. Her perfect chemistry with Kate Hudson, a talented Hollywood actress nominated for an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress, will also heighten expectations for the film. Here, a cast of talented actors has been assembled, including Ed Skrein, who left a strong impression as a villain in “Deadpool,” Evan Whitten, a child actor who boasts excellent acting skills, and Craig Robinson, who is familiar to audiences from the popular drama “The Office.
The character video, released on March 10, highlights the stylish and sensual atmosphere that is unique to “Mona Lisa and the Blood Moon.” The addition of a glamorous catchphrase reminiscent of the neon signs of a New Orleans nightlife district grabs the viewer’s attention.
